I've recently updated to the Windows 10 Creators Update and until that time the hotkeys Windows + Shift + S worked perfectly with my OneNote. I was able to easily select which part of the screen I wanted to screenshot and share seamlessly online, by pressing Ctrl + V on all platforms, even on Facebook messenger, just how you would using the built-in Prt Sc feature.
